This is an excellent point and one that I think many shareholders are oblivious. Market capitalisation will only "double", "triple" or "explode" if the business case supports it. At the moment we don't know enough (in regards to details) about the tripartite agreement and the underlying value it will have on the business- much of it is already factored into the market cap.

From a more macro level investors are cautious and money isn't flowing as freely as it does in a bull market. There will be stages where we will see share price appreciation:

- Signing of TP agreement.
- New investment as the risk profile decreases.
- New investment as word spreads through media, articles, reports etc.
- New investment from those identifying opportunities related to climate change.
- New investment from those identifying opportunities related to climate change (FOMO).
- (when the global recovery arrives- and it will) New investment related to the new bull market.
- (bull market established) New investment from the uneducated just hoping to make a killing in the share market like everyone else.

The last point is the one that will lift the market cap beyond rational levels. This is the share price I can't wait to see- it's only a matter of time folks, be patient.
