Conversely there is a tendency with some to refer only to the "colossal upside" but none of the risks. I think the earlier poster reflects that there is upside, but is just mindful, as everyone should be, of the risks both financial and with trials. Some of the risks are hard to nail down simply because, as most companies do, MSB will not comment in much detail themselves. We could perhaps hear about the details of the cost cutting, as it progresses. Also some detail around why they could not have imposed such savings earlier. They could also reveal and confirm the details of the actual percentage of royalty they will receive in Japan. As the revenue is imminent, is keeping the specifics quiet such a big deal now? A roadmap of what lies ahead for the next 18 months would be ideal. I respect that this last one of course is impossible with 3rd parties involved but it is the uncertainty that brings with it the risk. IMO this is a highly speculative operation.
