do I read it right....todays announcement is a bit of a shocker?
there appears some chance that if they dont get the ATO class ruling, the in-specie distribution of SRG shares will be classed as an unfranked dividend...
so MIG are creating value for who? this outcome would be disastrous for shareholders...
no wonder it is getting sold down.
