    i wasn't going to post this but peter122 essentially already has so....

    I hope Diasource didn't figure out what we all already knew- We were getting an AMAZING deal. It hurts me to say this but: why would a cash flow positive company with 20million in revenue sell for 34million? (to a cash flow negative company with a MC of 60million?) I understand that we (ADO) have a lot to offer them with our technology and networking but put yourself in their shoes...
