Whatever this companies plans are I hope they know what they are doing. Having been an open supporter of PEN for over 8 years, I am now fast losing confidence in management and their clarity of market reporting. So many missed (as reported) milestones and can't even openly report in a timely manner the most long awaited critical (material event?) milestone of all. Over a month later is NOT timely, it also may, or may not, have affected PENOC holders decision to convert or not. Will the big holders convert? That will be "interesting" as well.

I have also lost faith in regulators, have a close look at the 1 share trades going through daily for over  2 years ASX and ASIC (and all retail brokers reading this). Then tell the long suffering retail holders of PEN this is not stock price manipulation. Oh hang on...of course it is ok (silly me) it is regulated "algorithm" broker operated trades (BOT's) and that is OK. But you try to do the same placing a 1 share trade (as was tested again recently) and retail brokers will be all over you like a rash accusing you of manipulation.

The BOT on PEN????? It certainly isn't "small retail traders" as I was once told when I enquired.

On the (IMO) inevitable rise I will be gone....
