Pass issue, page-9

Can anyone advise if an application has actually been made to the EPA for a licence to accept PASS or any other type waste at Nagambie? In all the reports issued by the directors they only speak about preparing the site to accept PASS and that it could be operational by early CY 2016 subject to approval. Has anyone seen any adverts in the local newspapers which is standard EPA procedure before issuing a licence asking locals if they have any objections regarding the proposal. Further I doubt if the mine site could cope with 50,000 truck movements a year ( 25,000 inward then out ) based on 40 ton per vehicle.
