I have done as you suggest and sent FAR an email re-phrasing all the above questions and asked for a response, particularly in view of CN's previous indication in 2nd Nov release that "FAR will only provide material information when they have sufficient confidence to minimise misunderstanding and ensure that the market will be properly informed".

I did indicate of course that I understood their hands may be tied with what they can say to me, but asked nevertheless for their comments particularly with respect to the market being properly informed and that perhaps not being reflected in the uncertainly implied by the relatively wide range of today's post release trading.

At the very least it has sent them a message anyway
