    Alpha, thanks for the reply. It is appreciated.

    I can't help but think though that since TMS has avoided administration thus far, it should avoid it altogether given the steps it is taking to restructure and survive.

    If I can sell at my breakeven of 3.1 cents I will be content. I am hoping that this oppoutunity will present itself with TMS.
