Nannook did you ring Sen and they told you that 9 mill one off payment forms part of the 11mill? (before tax not NPAT) because they did not suggest that this was the case when I rang. Where does 9 Mill come from? My calculations even if they included the offer of shares in their reporting of profit equates to;
1.725mill pound of infoprotect share @.5p per share = approximately $2.07mill Aus.
1.850mill p cash = approx $4.440mill Aus.
820690 infoprotect shares @.5p per share = approx $984828 Aus.
Total of $7.49 Mill Aus . So where does 9 Mill come from?
Please correct me if i am missing something.
The only portion I believe that will be included in the NPBT showing as a one off special payment will be the 4.440 mill. although I am not 100% I will find out.
