@shane.hardy
You realise the breakout point was 2c (which has now become support) and that a breakout should occur on high volume, not the other way round. If this broke out on low volume I would be worried.
By rinsing though 1/3 of the total stock register you are bringing fresh blood at a higher VWAP, which is a good thing!
With the capital raise, nearly all micro cap stocks announce a cap raise as part of the terms of agreement when signing agreements and purchasing major assets. The effect of the capital raising on the stock price depends on a number of factors, but mainly: The market cap after dillution & how hot the sector/acquisiton is. ADV is currently sitting on a paltry market cap, especially when compared to peers as GreenBull demonstrated. The lithium and graphite sectors are also quite hot compared to other mining industries. Thus, we tick both boxes.
The TA and FA is looking bullish thus far. The only issue I would be worried about is a broader market down trend at this time.
So you can see why many posters are disagreeing with your sentiment.
Good luck all
