I was wondering why POH had mentioned this dispute in the ASX speeding ticket

Perhaps they were referring to it as a possible explanation for the RISE in sp...In other words, the rumour of POH suing to enforce its right was a positive for the company

Concerns me they are going up against a multi billion dollar company but if the facts are on their side, it shouldn't matter. If POH believes it has evidence that it's intellectual property is being infringed and that Mylan is acting illegally in terms of their agreements, then they have an obligation to take measures to protect what's their and what's ultimately ours as shareholders
