asx is to blame, page-2

extreemly good point.....yes ...if the asx was to thoroughly check all reports before releaseas to compliance..they should be able to spot a contraversial report when it comes in and go back to the company for clarification..if not, find someone who can...then this sh*tty situation wouldn't arise..as to cost to asx..they set themselves up as the regulators..they wear the cost to run their business as we all bear our own running costs..there needs to be an overhaul of asx's procedures
