Discovery Fund has converted close to 16 million shares. They have absolutely and monumentally fcuked the price discovery mechanism. Whats more, they seem to be selling shares as if they are 1000% certain they will win the trigger event arbitration. Would a rational entity sell shares if there was even 1% chance they might have to give shares back to Unilife?
