Can someone help me by explaining this takeover theory. Why would any major want 15pc of Senegal especially the majors.
I have always lent to either Cne or cop buying Sne. I am also not privy like anyone else to the the JV agreement but usually there's a drag along clause for minor shareholders. So if someone goes after cop and/or Cne because of Senegal then you would think drag along provision would apply. Maybe not but I really have trouble coming to grips with any major wanting 15pc and being a passive shareholder.
