This is how I would cook it. Place dinosaur leg in large pot of water, add various spices stock salt etc to personal tast. Add one leather boot and bring to boil. Boil until meat on dinosaur leg is tender, pour out all contents of pot into dish, throw the dinosaur leg in the bin and eat the boot.
