It seems to FH that the salient point is (as usual) right at the end, where the company's progress is charted for cMYC, STAT5 and YB1 in breast cancer. The next step will be pre-clinical animal models (probably xenografts in mice) and they should start sometime this year. (RH stated 12-18 months and I think the video was made in Oct 2015?).
If the mouse models yield similar results to the earlier studies, that will be when the rubber hits the road. But, of course, there will be Phase I, II and III clinical trials to follow. Each with their own pitfalls. It is a very, very long road.
