    It was in everyone's interests, so glad they finally got there. The interesting part will be why the CN provider was engaged at all.

    There's a small chance that the circumstances of ADO or Dia changed for the better during the process as well. Perhaps both parties ended up with more free cash than expected, or perhaps there's another announcement in the wind.
