    I think you're confusing price and value. The market determines price not value. Why? because the market is sentiment driven. When sentiment for a company is high, the price is high and vice-versa. You cannot hold that the market does any valuation of a company except in the very broadest terms, so broad as to be meaningless - consider that NOR was once 16.5c then it fell to around 7c - do you suppose the market was doing any valuing for that to happen? of course not, it was sentiment and clever trading.

    there are valuation models you can use, except in NOR's case they would still require speculative parameters so it's not worth it. But its current market cap cannot IMO be justified.
