Declared today: On the 6th January, ECT-India submitted their Memorandum of Association to the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This MOA is the final registration of our Indian company and contains the objectives of the company.
Memorandum of Association (MOA) is the supreme public document which contains all the information required for the company at the time of incorporation. It can also be said that a company cannot be incorporated without memorandum. One would assume the MOA was delayed until the TPA was finalised and includes our operations with NLC and NMDC.
ECT-India has also upped their share capital from 100,000 to 140,000; indicating a new director may be about to come on board the Toot Toot Train.
Oh, did I mention the Australian High Commissioner in India had a recent meeting with the government's Finance Minister?
