Their seismic lines didn't breach the perimeter, not sure the allowances involved in exploring on defense owned land. I had assumed it was off limits but they mention that they're looking to do it.

I have not been a supporter of management, but the oil price has been smashed, Saudis looking to a partial float of there state owned oil company to fund debt, this space has to be in survial mode,
