Today's news about Holista's breakthrough making a patented additive that enables bakers to create white bread with a low Glycemic Index was met with both excitement and skepticism. Some believe it was pumped and dumped but I am taking the view that it was driven up by demand and then sold off for profit-taking and that once the news does the rounds it could seriously re-rate.
Very tightly held with only 20m shares outside of the Top 20 so any demand should have a significant effect on share price. And very tangible for the average Joe to get their head around. Diabetes is a major and common disease of modern society and a white bread with a GI of 53 instead of 70 is an incredible advance.
