Well I guess it would all depend on the position and price of the stock at the time of exit. At this point in time, if a large holder (besides Walker) were to exit, it would have zero impact currently I believe. But....... give it say 2 weeks from now and then you may not hold the say view. Acquisition terms and dilution will be the critical factor needed to be taken into account as to whether there would be any impact or not on the SP.
