Did I say Admedus is doing anything wrong? (within the ASX rules 7.1 etc)?

    No.

I have said the ASX makes the rules. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think the rules specify how a company raises capital?

How a company raises capital is up to them.

My point is this: In my opinion renounceable rights issues to the exisiting shareholder base are the only fair and equitable way to raise capital.

I have zero problem with the company, it's prospects, it's story, it's products, or the management team. I love Admedus and I hold and continue to support the story.

I do have a problem however with the way a company: Any company raises capital: if it in any way disadvantages existing shareholders.

That is because it is they who have taken the risks. Outside interests who are not holders have not paid the price of that risk.

It is as simple as that. Luv the story, the products, the company. A little unhappy IMHO with how they are going about raising capital.

    As simple as that
