Two things that might upset the POO just occur.
One is the seizing of two US navy boats by Iran and two, apparently OPEC is trying to organize an emergency meeting to discuss the POO.
With navy boats, apparently one had engine trouble and it drifted; but my question is there are two of them, why can't they have a tow?? more than meets the eye.
