3 million free apps (costs incurred by nor were??) is not a foundation for a rising SP as Minimal Revenue is apparently the case.
Of course people will download it, and they probably just want to compare it to other apps they use, and then they make a judgement.

and another thing who or what pushed sp to 16cents so a cap raising could take place at 8c,
everytime the app is downloaded, down goes the nor bank balance I would assume, hence the cap raising was imperative
