Hi kunskeep.

First thing you need to do is read the results of the AGM. The answers to your questions are there regarding what they are voting for.

The directors are begging for $144K worth of shares combined in the rights issue.

If the deal does not come through we are all screwed and most importantly ODN it is game over for ODN. I am not concerned if we get the announcement this week or next week as long as the deal will proceed to acquire gridComm.

I believe that the gridComm deal will proceed as the directors are asking for alot shares in the rights issue. They would not ask for these shares and then release that the deal will not proceed as they will lose too. On top of this the directors have large existing shareholdings so they will be the biggest losers.

I also believe that there are other things happening behind the scenes and it will get really interesting from today onwards.
