That is why there is a document called a MOU. It confirms parties are finalising an agreement. It allows S/H`s and all associated parties to be updated / informed as to current position. It eliminates all the gossip and puts confidence in to investors and strengthens SP>.

In regards to comments made by MW I am not into playing with words. You can interpret them how you wish. IMO I believe the majority of us understood them to believe he had an asset he was finalising considering the two CR he made in recent times. Other wise it was a simple NO we are not in negotiations with any company. We all understand it is difficult to give a straight answere when discussions are at a critical point.
IMO there should be NO trading halt.

In the last six months I have not been critical of MW. I understood his position. Today he has let me down and IMO very one else.

I tried to contact their office to get a reply. The answer , any announcement will made in due course to the ASX. That is standard practice and not helpful. There was no reply to my question is MW close to signing a deal as he stated >>>>>>>. I asked is this still the case.
