There would not be an insurer or a service provider that would assume the liability for anything more than the item/equipment/production process.
Losses of production will be losses for PLS only. Consequential loss is usually always excluded.
I would like to know more about the detail on why the process is not working. Surely Nagrom wasn't inventing the wheel so to speak?
