Musky, directors can only buy when the trading window is open to them.
They can't ordinarily buy any other time of the year except special circumstances as far as I'm aware, so the fact that they did not buy is not good.
The whole point of these trading Windows is those close to the company are only trading when all results have been made clear to the public so they could have loaded up the truck legally, but they didn't.
