CN holders couldn't sell until 3B came out then pushed the sell button. Problem with the deal also IMO. Everyone knew (ie gridComm shareholders etc) That the deal would be signed by 31 Dec and yet a WEEK later they say some SH's have taken time off???? Now if it was my co I would be sticking around to sign it. Two weeks later still nothing. Deals off as it has been poached by another shell!!!!
