Wow - their shareholder relations area ignores emails it gets sent, but they are willing to announce this?
Personally, I couldn't care less about whether or not some boffin has managed to comply with quality management systems in the ISO.... how about updating your shareholders on how you are going with actually doing business with the big pharma companies - the same ones the chairman of the parent company thought warranted inclusion at the front of the IQN report, but there has been no update on. Can't wait to see the quarterly cash flow - should be good for a laugh.
