    appreciate ur effort on putting out such a long essay on this.

    you can just summarize all these in 2 points which have been pointed out many times here already:

    1. branding is important.
    - you point is very misleading, even though it seems logical to many people. according to ur theory, there should be only few brands dominate all consumer markets. funny thing I don't see BMW branded computers, or KFC branded cars. can you elaborate the reason why?

    2. production cap is the key for a2m.
    -no one doubted this issue with A2, however, there are many ways to increase production cap than just leverage your current "cows". it is the another reason I think a2 has more potential than Bal. based on what the strategy a2 laid out recently: proposed increase pricing next month, launch premium branding on ice cream, increase shelf space of milk with premium cost - very smart move (only people done this sales strategy know how effective it is). so far every sales strategy here showed me that a2 has a very strong and capable marketing and sales team.
