Could the SP for new shares for purchase consideration be determined based on volume-weighted average price in last five days?

In this case, it could be 0.020.

If the purchase consideration is $10 million at 0.020, there will be another 500 new shares to be issued
If the purchase consideration is $15 million at 0.020, there will be another 750 new shares to be issued
If the purchase consideration is $20 million at 0.020, there will be another 1 billion new shares to be issued

There are so many IF and IF factors. We really do not know a lot of things about the contents of share sale agreement.
