As clever as you are its time you stopped putting fearful comments on these threads. You have done this numerous times highlighting the worst blowout proportion of the purchase consideration to instill fear to other readers.
Do you really still hold or as if you don't then putting fear in here for what purpose.???
There are others here that have blatantly posted that they have sold out, yet they do not change their disclosure.

Wasn't 10c not as you are saying of 0.o2c will be the purchase price for new shares to pay for the acquisition price. If so then your figures wont look so bad being a 1/5th of them in the true sense. A $10m price tag would become ONLY 100m shares NOT your 500m as you somehow brought the 2c into the equation, etc, etc.
Doesn't look too bad then does it.???? 100m to 500m is a big difference.
This is still months away not of recent trading as you may suggest. The ann says ONLY 10c/ share, no reference to volume weighted as you say.
