My honest view is that the position of A2M is an enviable one. I would love my business to be in the position they are in.
What it means is people want my product!!! End of story. Just because i may not be able to make enough of the stuff to stock up empty shelves is definitely not as bad as you are eluding too.
Yes perhaps some people cabt get stage 3 and resort to another brand for a week or two, but the moment they can get their hands on A2M they will.
Many companies with superior products have long lead times because everyone wants one. This is the case in technology (think apple), manufacturing (think Mercedes-Benz/Ferrari/Kawasaki H2R) agriculture (think cherry/mango season/manuka honey umf 25+) etc.
Im happy for A2M to be in this position forever. It means they will make a killing.
