Hypothetical price of 0.02 is before share consolidation if the issued price of the acquisition deal is based on volume-weighted average price of last five days trading (11 Jan to 15 Jan 2016). In the right issue document, 0.100 is after share consolidation.

We do not know when the deal will be signed and at what price?

The most important factor at this stage is the contents of the deal rather the signing of the deal

1. Purchase consideration $......???? how much???
2. Number of shares to be issued and performance right to pay for purchase consideration???
3. What price???
4. Projected profit of gridComm in 2016 and 2017 so the market can assess the fair value of gridComm

I expected that the above information was revealed last week before the fall in the share price on Friday. Unfortunately, the price fell around 30 per cent in last one hour trading to 0.018 on Friday due to panic sell off.

My concern is whether the fall in the share price on the last Friday has something to do with the contents of the deal? As a retail investor, we still hope that the deal would be in the favour of retail investors who bought the shares at above $0.020 or even above $0.030. On the other hand, there are so many unknown factors of the deal. Therefore, let us be cautious.
