I disagree. I see the banks raising rates out of cycle and this to be done sooner rather than later. Once one bank does it the rest will follow. This will be done to ensure the banks maintain their dividend to protect their shareholders. Also, it's not in the banks interest to see housing values sky rocket above fair value.
