Nope Doc, you have missed some essential details!
You are incorrect about the cash status and CR status of BLZ.
MW just raised $1.2 million for BLZ a few weeks ago through a CR to his Cicero clients at $0.04 !
Plus agreement has been reached allowing BLZ to transfer their asset to offset any debt.
So actually, BLZ has already consolidated; already done a CR; already cashed up to the tune of around $1,2m !
At the recent AGM, BLZ 1) set aside ~$500k for an asset search and 2) resolved to pursue an acquisition in the tech or industrial sectors (see posts above).
Perhaps time for you to reconsider
With SRT's suspension today, perhaps you'll have the time to look through recent ann's over here. Would be interested in your thoughts.
