I hope we begin to enforce existing rules before adding new ones - especially that increase the costs of businesses doing the right thing.
I fail to see how anyone could argue that the events leading to dsh va did not constitute information likely to materially affect the share price.
Plus i suspect in clear contradiction to existing public disclosures when all is revealed.
