Surely the people questioning this not to be the minimum 200mbbo are just trying to pick up a few last shares or close a short position. To use the word commercial in an ann then only to come out later and say "oh I'm sorry we were wrong it's actually not commercial" would be seen as misleading the market and warrant big trouble for who ever made the statement.
