I wouldn't be surprised if some of the selling was people closing out on large long-term capital gains over the past 12 months. Nothing has been announced by AMA recently that warrants sell-off.
Looking forward to half year results to get insight into how the Gemini integration is travelling and outlook for rest of year. If no more acquisitions were made in the short term while they bed Gemini down I wouldn't be concerned.
