I totally agree with what you're saying, and I believe that they are spending a lot time integrating these businesses. In the Chairman's address from the AGM, he said:
"Our main aim is to slow the acquisition pipeline a little to allow full integration across both the Woods and Gemini businesses and we envisage being seamless by end June 2016 from a systems, process, people and procurement perspective."

The issue that I have is, why there are no announcements made to keep the shareholders informed of these acquisitions.
I'm in the automotive industry but, have nothing to do with AMA other than a shareholder. So I hear and see things that most of AMA shareholders wouldn't and that is a concern. I'm sure every shareholder would like to know where their money is being spent.
