Your argument is so disjointed it confuses me. If I may ask some personal questions, what is your age and nationality.
In Australia divorce is easy, no reason needed. Of course children are provided for as per Australian law and normally division of property is even.
My understanding was that sharia law was based on teachings from the Quran.

Sharia law is harsh and prejudice against females.
Head chopping for blasphemy? Barbaric.
The Quran is an old book and needs to be revised
I would imagine Australian law will be very different in 100 years.
Need to move with the times.
Quran is medieval.
