Not sure if you realise either but the ultimate parent entity WHHT listed OTC in the states filed its quarterly report ended 30.09.15, which shows total USD profit of 2.4M for the quarter excluding the stock compensation paid to WHHT of USD 7.5M

The 33,750,000 shares of Australia Wonhe issued to the chairman of the board’s wholly owned company, Wonhe International (Hong Kong), and the 20,250,000 shares issued to the financial consultants was recognized as compensation during the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The value of the compensation was determined using the public offering price for the shares to be sold in Australia. The total stock compensation recognized was $7,534,080 based upon the offering price for the shares of Australian Wonhe of $0.13952 US per share.
