Nobody knows where the share price is going short term but I do know this. PE less than 9 ATM and dividend yield 4 x cash rate. I am happy to buy this stock right now and hold it forever if I have to and reap the 9% dividend yield on off.
Better than buying a rental property. Sooner or later the real money will start thinking the same.
