That is my understanding as well... so lets break it down...
By 2019, they only generate 1m NPAT, they will get 250m shares... NPAT means company to generate profits after all expenses to run the business as well as admin costs and everything else included...

Now if they generate 6m NPAT, another 250m shares will be issued.. At this stage SRT will have 2b shares in issue keeping in mind all options... and a market cap of 50m at 2.5c with EV of 40-42m... Now a company generating NPAT of 6m let's say in 3 years with an EV of 40-42m looks good to me...

The last would be generation of 40m NPAT that is in 3 years means 2.5b shares and a market cap of 62-65m with EV of 52-55m at 2.4c... if this scenario is achieved only if achieved, the market cap will look ridiculous...

The most important thing, the figures are based on NPAT means any year they won't generate NPAT, the revenue or even EBIDTA won't be included in the aggregate figure IMO... so means no shares to vendor... In other words it means it has to be NPAT from the get going or the clock will keep ticking...

Also, as we go along we will see further announcements which will clarify all these ifs and buts...
