There will always be research that claims doing something will increase or decrease your chances of cancer. I've lost count how many times I've read an article that says wine causes cancer and then the next week there will be an article that says wine reduces cancer. Which should I believe?
There are so many studies out there, let alone studies that contradict each other, that I think people have become immune to their claims. If I adhered to everything studies have found, I wouldn't be eating anything. There is new research now that has found eating kale can cause cancer!
I heard from an Asian friend that many women don't breastfeed because there is this ideology that it changes your breasts - e.g. shape, etc? Asian people are very wary about the shape and size of their body. The Asian friends I have are testimony to this.
I've also heard that breastfeeding hurts.
