I am just wondering at what speed is China building those reserve tanks. They are probably laughing at the world. with that much money, why won't they be storing the stuff. They were talking about increasing their national reserve when oil was much higher. God sent for them now at these prices.

SA talks big, but it is not really how cheap you can produce oil, rather that they got so much money out of the western world, they are now used to the life style that only oil at much higher price can support. Tax the citizens a bit more and see what they do. They are now finding it hard to balance the books without affecting the citizens. Another revolt in the making??
