Yup fair points. Your posts made me go back and read the announcement, and I did take heart from the bit you've put in bold, ie that money is received already, means we really are odds on to handsomely outperform the last 4C, I guess the key question is by how much!?

Regarding settlement terms, I don't think it's an area we need to negotiate hard on, we don't need the cash any time soon, and looking like we're desperate to have money in the bank can come across as distrustful of the business partner, or just plain small-fry. Much better to negotiate harder on the price/volume/commitment period and be patient for the funds IMO. Possible that Tempur Sealy have used christmas to clear all their old stock (I'm still seeing mattress sales everywhere!) and then new year = new product, I have no idea how long it takes to make a bed or restock the warehouses, but surely we'll hear much more over the next six months.

I remain very excited about this stock, if it weren't for the global wobbles we're having I'm sure we'd be moving up or primed for a big step up. As it is a more 'show me the money' attitude may prevail, probably to the longterm patient investors advantage. I'll buy more on weakness, heck I'll probably buy more anyway. A few months ago this price would have appeared an absolute bargain, and it probably still is!!!
