The issue should be whether this Suppose contract was Binding.....if so the company can go to court to seek performance of the Binding contract...that is you hand over the land and they hand over the 250m. If it's not Binding, then you should ask whether you have been misled...does anyone think the share price would have gone to 50 cents...if they announced all sorts of conditions and final price being subject to oil price?

The issue is that its not trading and the people arent happy and it was soley, in my opinion, because someone curiosity got the better of them.

Many other companies do exactly what was done here.....and they are still trading

I just hope lessons were learned from this
